We know that everyday tasks can be exceedingly difficult due to many factors including behavioral issues, lack of communication skills and a lack of daily life skills such as toileting. ABA therapy can help in all these areas and so much more.
What age group do you accept?
We do not like to turn anyone away that needs services. We accept clients age 3 to 21.
What does insurance require to be approved for ABA services?
In Oklahoma, all insurance carriers require your child to have a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder to be approved for ABA services. Insurance carriers also require a recommendation from a medical professional stating that ABA therapy is needed for your child.
What are the steps to getting services?
The first step to getting services is to reach out to us for an initial consultation. We will take some basic information from you and determine if our services are right for you and your child. We then gather your insurance information and verify benefits. Once benefits are verified, we will set up a meeting time to meet with you and your child to complete an initial assessment. After the assessment is completed, an individualized treatment plan will be created for your child using information gathered. A pre-authorization will be sent to your insurance company along with the treatment plan and other documents. Once your insurance company approves services, we will set up a weekly schedule to best fit your needs.
